Permit Applications You've found the perfect location in Fairmount Park for your picnic, special event or sports tournament. Now what? You have a couple of options. The first is to print out and complete the appropriate permit application listed below. Once the application is complete, please mail it to: SPECIAL EVENTS OFFICE CASE Building-West Park 4301 Parkside Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19131 Please note, faxed permit applications will not be accepted. The second option is to stop by the Special Events Office from 11 am-3 pm Monday through Friday to pick up and fill out a permit application. Once your application is approved, you'll receive written confirmation in the mail. For more information, please contact the Special Events Office at 215-685-0060.
